Our home is a 1850's Georgian end of terrace with poorly insulated flemish-bond brickwork and single pane glazing on 2 sides and a 2005 better insulated extension with some underfloor heating.

We have made some minor insulation, lighting and appliance improvements. We have installed PV's, air source heat pump and induction hob to enable us to turn off the gas supply and have a 100% renewable certified electricity contract.

We also charge our EV at home, mainly slowly using a 13amp plug socket and have 7.7kw charger installed for when we need it.

I would prefer people not to drive and to get the bus, we are a 5 minute walk from the High St stops. If youdo drive, if there is no available street parking on Wood St but you can park in Wood Street Car Park (pay)
