Wiltshire Council is building eight new affordable homes at Corsley Heath for rent and Shared Ownership. These Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Homes are built in a factory by Rollalong with groundworks carried out by Fisher and Dean. The modules are delivered by lorry and craned onto site. The homes arrive with the kitchen and bathroom already installed saving time on site. These highly insulated, draught free properties have air source heating and are zero carbon in use. As construction work on site nears completion, we would like to invite you to see some of the properties and consider the benefits that MMC could bring. Members of the team will be on hand to answer your questions.
